Troopy Modifications:

  • On TroopCarrier models with rear seats, the standard Full Length Floor Console reduces the front passenger seat’s forward travel by approximately 30–40%. This can make access to the rear bench more difficult than factory.

    Modification Option:
    We can alter the front shape of the console to allow approximately 90% seat extension (100% is not achievable).

    This modification changes the layout from two cup holders and an L-tray to two cup holders and a smaller square pocket. The front accessory fascia remains unchanged.

    Additional cost: $240

    If rear access via the passenger seat is not required, the console can be supplied without modification.

With our Premium Launched in October 2023, our Console is the most feature-packed 70 Series console on the market.

Upholstered by hand right here in Australia, this console is made using tried-and-true techniques we've been perfecting since 1975.

The key difference between our 'Original Full Length Console' and 'Premium Full Length Console' is the front-end width. Designed in 2015, the 'Original' is narrower and sits on the inside of the 4WD lever, while the 'Premium' wraps around it, featuring a gear boot and additional round outlets.

The suitability of the width of our Premium Full-Length Console depends on your seat choice, your frame and driving posture. We recommend checking where the right side of the console sits to ensure a comfortable fit. If it's not ideal, our original Full Length Console may be a more suitable option.
